You grant BroFinder permission to access your device's location services (which you can enable or disable in settings) for matching purposes, and you consent to receive push notifications and email notifications (which you can customize in notification settings) regarding matches, friend requests, messages, and crew activities.
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable, and you understand that BroFinder reserves the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You acknowledge that all photos, videos, and other media you upload may be processed, stored, and displayed on the platform, and that videos may be converted to optimized formats (including HLS streaming formats) for better performance.
You understand that blocking a user will prevent them from seeing your profile, messaging you, or matching with you, and that unblocking may restore these capabilities.
You agree that friend requests can be sent, received, accepted, or declined, and that accepting a friend request creates a match enabling messaging.
You acknowledge that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including profile information, messages, posts, crew memberships, and matches, and cannot be undone.
You agree to use the app solely for platonic friendship purposes and not for dating, romantic relationships, commercial solicitation, spam, or any illegal activities.
BroFinder reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and BroFinder is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other users, content shared on the platform, or technical issues.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for maintaining appropriate boundaries and safety practices when meeting people in person.
By using BroFinder, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
